Springstone Patient Financing
     Springstone Patient Financing has financing plans with 0% interest if paid in full within 6, 12, or 18 months.  Plans are available up from $499 -$25,000.  Springstone provides a line of credit which is provided for current and future dental needs.

Chase Health Advance Credit
    Chase Health Advance Credit is another great option for financing at 0% financing for 12 months, no down payment necessary. Plans are available from $1,000 - $12,000 .  Chase provides a line of credit which is provided for current and future dental needs.


     For those of you that are not insured and do not wish to finance, Valu-Dent Membership is an option that we developed especially for you. 

Valu-Dent
     Valu-Dent is an in-house membership plan which is offered by our ofice to those patients without dental insurance.  This private plan allows you to receive discounted fee* (Between 30-50%) from our usual and customary fees.  These fees are only available to those patients who join the plan by paying an annual membership fee.  This is a private plan and is only available to patients of Edward A. Trevino.  This plan is not part of, nor is it associated with any other plan.

    Membership fees will entitle you to receive discounted fees and will include the cost of an initial exam, basic cleaning (prophylaxis) of your teeth and necessary x-rays for diagnostic purposes ($180 Value).

    Ask our front office staff if this may work for you.  Children included in this plan must be 18 years of age or younger or a full-time student.

       *Membership will be subject to certain resrictions and limitations. 
                           Does Not include laboratory fees.
